Isn't the 200 dagger from the shop far better than despoiler? We never kill despoiler anymore since the weapons just aren't good. You're correct, the 200 weapon shop dagger is better. You lose the 700 dagger ability points which means that 10 pierce you gain actually amounts up to around 3-5 extra ...

Level in bigger groups in the tower if you're mashing restos. Get a druid in the group if possible. Druids in that range need all the help they can get leveling. If not possible to lvl with a druid get more HP. I find that tower mobs/bosses really require more HP for rogues. 3500 used to be legit, ...
