been meaning to ask, are the wisps needed for meteoric weapon still in the game. i have been killing all the wisps in sv for 2-3 days and i still havent got any wisp. i still have the quest to kill those wisps. can u let me know if the wisps are still in game and if not please fix the meteoric quest.

My ranger is lvl 68 and my stats are
strength - 183
dexterity - 65
focus - 21
vitality - 100
I am aiming to become a dps ranger. For a dps ranger, is this a good build or should i change them?
