Having a dispute between a clan member. Would like OTM confirmation on this. Does raising your dex raise your chance to hit skills? Below there is a picture of what it says dex does but my clan member still thinks it helps skills by raising your evasions, which help you hit according to him.

Just camp, go offline, log in for next window, rinse and repeat.

If Andriod was not released, OTM would be in a rush to make the new event because their platinum sales would drop heavily. Because Andriod just opened and they are making money off of that, I imagine they are in no rush to make the summer event.
