I believe the idea behind a guest account at start is to reduce the number of accounts that get created, played for 1 minute, and never touched again, but idk. I always thought it has to do with new player retention too. Some people say "oh, free game let me try" they get to a login scree...

Got a friend to start playing and he leveled up a bit on a guest account before I told him that he needed to make a real account. Now the guest character is gone and he can't access it.

What can be done to recover this character?
