Actually, most likely the way to really speed up acquisition of armour sets for legit players ( ie not high lvl gearing legit alts or alts to sell/xfer) is.... Somewhat counter intuitive, but just make the quest items "No Trade"... This removes the appeal for high lvl character to incessa...

Is armour completion a race with some big prize at the end? Is it some chore which must be completed to feel fulfilled? Most things worth having, have some "cost" associated with their acquisition, usually some time/work needs to be invested, either directly or via proxy of some tradeable...

I cannot imagine it would be difficult for OTM to implement some of these good ideas. It could be done in a simple server reset, and it will greatly benefit the game and make a happier player base for the most part.. Any word from the developers?

It's ridiculous. If you have to make a separate character for locking to gear your main, that's messed up. There are dozens of 190 or so rogue characters on my world with no purpose other than to be a snorri locker, along with many main accounts who stay at that level so they can have the advantage ...
