No conceal is an otherworld boss tome drop, cant get pages for it (thats for entangle and def spikes). Should be able to get it for 5k or under i would think.

Bolas works to completely avoid damage in otherworld on kelpies, trees, rock golems, and horsies. On mobs with ranged attack, with bolas up you are able to solo them whereas you cannot without it. Grimwall Maulers for instance have spitfire and boulder toss ranged attacks, with a 300 dex 200 str 250...

As Godzilla said, askold and ymir guards are great training locations. As for training at blue eyes, the entangle does get really obnoxious but luckily we can counter that by using rapid shot. For this to work you have to have a decent amount into rapid shot though. Im not sure the exactly how much...
