I think everyone keeps foretting that each world has a different economy and set of items and that doing that could throw things off. Besides, beta is beta. It doesnt matter what you have there or what you do

you cannot really complain. There will be times when you get all amazing things and times when you get all crappy things. It happens, it is part of the game. Besides, other than the bandage wounds item, everything else is better than nothing, really.
