Hi can someone help me. I played celtic two yrars ago i know my hero name and email adress but when i try to reset password it says that name or email is not correct.

Contact support and ask for associated usernames it helped me out since I had loads of accounts that range from 2011.

I saw Muldar Resolve that through The forum before though?

Is it possible to retrieve old Accounts through proof Of Platinum purchases from appstore ios its the only proof of ownership I got and I also Don't remember the username but I know the character names and words probably.

I Also forgot to state that my facebook account is unaccessible but i have alot of ways to show that it is my facebook account and i can also probably remember the characters connected to it
