Try to play all server and create a toon in every server. If your happy and having fun in that server then that is your home server.
All server are good, its you who decide if that makes you happy in a particular server.

For my personal opinion all class are fun to use. I play them all and theyre all fun to use.
Play all class and if youre having fun in that class then you got your answer. Only you will know the answer to your question.
