i had a similar issue but reply took 5 days and they didnt even get my character back after i accidently deleted it the response was i have to right an email to support which in the past the ingame support would work fine. cant be bothered writeing an email so i guess there goes my barding bank

Tried logging to epona it just stays on the loading screen however I could log into server crom and others with no issues tried with different accounts aswell

when xfering to epona its hard to find people moving from epona so id say best to find a chest buyer on lir to xfer you other wise you could expect rates of 1:3 or even 1:5
