I can see my two characters on the account but I can not log cookie jar I can log my other character on that account though

I click the cookie jar and it goes to loading page and just keeps loading and loading

Tried it and it didn't work

If I try resetting it won't loose all my items?

When I first started how everyone was nice and helped eachother, from lvl 1 ty91 gave me 15 k to start out was awesome, Apoc and me runing around killing all the red bosses oh Ya Lupa was there to, mostly liked all the chill ppl
