I emailed them at appeals, I sent the mail on 29th June, I also PMd you about it now and I posted a screenshot on the other post, my account username is Hulk1998 but my characters name is Corleone., I mailed them about my username. Should I send one more mail with more information?

I sent this Mail on 29th June as you can see, my account username is mentioned, not my characters name as I have two characters on this account.

I've had the same problem, I emailed them about my banned account more than a week ago and I haven't even received anything, not even a justification of my banning. I can't even PM mulder or anyone because apparently my forum account is too new to send PMs..... It's like they don't want players to p...
