Celtic Heroes

This is my first account as a mage, and I would prefer to use fire skills over ice skills. Any advice as to what 8 skills I should equip for lvling?

Well I just got the steady aim training manual and its works great! But now, I'm not sure how to improve its ability, if possible.
If upgraded, its duration does not change, yet it cost more energy to use
Should I upgrade this ability at all? Will this make it better? Plz help
