Sir, im already lvl 59 but still not being given the quest for the first set of armor. Been to Lirs Reach on the stone circle but no quest at all. I don't think that frenzy is better than Protective Stance at 80-100 lvl, because without Protective Stance when your hp is around 1k+ mobs in OW, can kill warrios easily.
