Still don't showing me the quest for Phoenix ability. Strange thing is that on my mage acc it shows but on druid acc not

Why? Maybe some ppl don't remember what happen last year. At that time the hats were no trade and ppl didn't stop creating new account so the servers going to be mostly unplayable. I'm fine if I get only 2 of the 25 avaible hats
Otm pls keep the no trade like it is,don't change it
