I'm lvl 205. I got a bounty quest to kill things on the 5th floor that I can't even access yet... Can we get that fixed? I'm worried I'm going to get more bounties that I won't be able to do

Aside from what you've mentioned, is there anything else I can do to speed up the process? It's been 5 weeks now since my first correspondence with support and I'm getting tired of playing on low level character. Thanks for all the work you guys do. Still my favorite mobile game ever!
